Children's Ministry

Our children are the church’s future, so we make it our goal to come alongside our parents to grow and mature them into fruit-bearing disciples of Jesus.

Our Children’s Church is for every child from 3k-4th grade on Sunday Mornings. They are divided into a 3k-4k class, and a 5k-4th grade class. Our children’s classes are interactive and use great curriculum to teach children the Word of God.  We have a puppet show, singing, crafts, and Bible Study.  Bring your child out on Sunday morning so they can take part in our Children’s Church.

Our Children begin Worship with the whole church family at 10:45 AM. During worship they will be called down front for a short Children's Sermon (about 10 minutes into the service), and then they all go to Children's Church together.

The name AWANA is an acronym that stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed. It is taken from the Bible in II Timothy 2:15 which reads, “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.”

AWANA meets on Sunday Nights from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM. AWANA is similar to Bible School.

We start off by feeding the kids a little snack at 5:00 PM We have worship at 5:15 PM.

At 5:30 PM we divide into different age groups so that they can have game time along with a Bible Study Class.

AWANA focuses on Scripture memorization. We assign the kids a verse to learn each week. They can receive awards if they learn their verses.

We have classes for 4k-5k, 1st-3rd, 4th-6th and 7th-10th grade.
